Chilled cream of Sapito and cucumber soup

Melón Sapito Recetas Crema

 1 medium cucumber
 1 Sapito melon
  1 pot Greek yoghurt
  ½ tablespoon dried mint
 Olive oil
 Ground black pepper
 Salt

Peel the cucumber and the melon, cut into quarters.

Blend the cucumber and melon with an electric blender.

Add the yoghurt, mint, pepper and salt and beat again until the mixture is completely smooth, adding water to taste if it is too thick.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours, add a dash of olive oil and serve very chilled.
