Melón Sapito Recetas Polos

 1 Sapito melon
 20 ml water
 20 g sugar
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 1 pinch of salt

Cut open the Sapito melon and make it into balls.

Place the Sapito balls in a bowl with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Put to one side.

In a saucepan mix the sugar and water. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 2 minutes, until a syrup is formed. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

Mix the melon with the syrup and beat to a smooth texture.

Pour the puree into ice pop moulds. Freeze for 4 hours.

Remove from mould and serve chilled.
