Sapito with ice cream

 1 Sapito melon
 200 grams vanilla ice cream (or to taste).

Cut the Sapito melon in half.

With a melon baller, make balls with half the melon until hollow

Place the melon balls into the hollowed melon skin.

Finally, add balls of your favourite ice cream to the melon bowl.

Freeze for 30 minutes.

Serve ice cold.
